Nick Shedd, MS, CSCS, RSCC
Nick is a human performance expert with over a decade of experience in Strength and Conditioning, Injury Risk Mitigation and Performance Science. He has worked with youth athletes to US Military Special Operations personnel, Olympians, and professional athletes. Nick currently serves as the Head of Strength and Conditioning for the 2022 World Champion Houston Astros and is enrolled in a PhD (Sport and Exercise) program at Auckland University of Technology. From 2017 to 2019, he led the Strength and Conditioning and Performance Science for the US Women’s National Field Hockey Team. One of Nick’s greatest passions is teaching and helping others realize their potential! He and his wife Jackie are currently raising Cusco, a Peruvian stray dog that they found on the streets of Lima and brought home.
Greg Shedd, MS, ATC
Greg is a world-class Certified Athletic Trainer. He has experience working with youth, high school, NCAA Division I, and NFL athletes. As a graduate assistant at The University of South Carolina, Greg helped lead the athletic training for the 2010 Conference USA men’s soccer champions and the 2011 NCAA National Champion baseball team, working with several future MLB and MiLB athletes. He also led the athletic training for the 2013 South Carolina class 3A girl’s basketball state champion team and the 2017 South Carolina class 4A boy’s basketball state champion team. Greg is currently a Regional Athletic Training Coordinator for Drayer Physical Therapy Institute in Pennsylvania. He oversees the athletic training operations for 15 schools in the region.
