I reached out to Nick for some guidance in managing jet lag and a weight cut for the 2017 Lightweight Highland Games World Championships. With Nick’s help, I arrived in country with literally ZERO jet lag effects, felt great and was able to balance proper nutrition and hydration with a weight cut. All of this helped me to a 3rd place finish in the world! I myself am a sports performance coach and have a masters degree in exercise physiology and still sought out Nick for his help. I have recommended others and would absolutely recommend Nick’s consultation for these services for anyone traveling across time zones anywhere, anytime! -Justin Blatnik, MS, CSCS, USAW
